As some of you know, I can really enjoy the outdoors. Getting fresh air in my lungs, exercising, and seeing things out in nature. One of the spots I can now really recommend to do so is the Drei Zinnen in Italy. 

Canada is a place of a lot of adventures. Imagine mountains, wild animals, and desolate landscapes. The perfect place for a 9-day trip. Let’s go city tripping and skiing, all at once!

Going on an adventure with a 4WD always sounds so exotic. Let’s go abroad to the planes of Africa. Or maybe the jungle in South America. But let’s calm down for a second; why not do an adventure close to home? With a Land Rover Defender, I left home.

In Lower Saxony in Germany, there is a small town named Celle. When you look at it on a map it wouldn’t be too impressive. Though, I can highly recommend a visit for people that love architecture.

For a couple of months, I am trying to make it a habit to meditate. It helps to be more mindful in your day to day life and release stress. Sometimes it’s hard though: sitting with your eyes closed trying to focus on nothing. Enter ‘forest bathing’.

It’s one of those names you know: Hannover. So now it’s time to give that beautiful city a visit! In the city, you will find a lot of history, hipsterish places, modern buildings, and of course greenery.

I’m always up for a road trip. Driving around an unknown region and exploring it by car. It has a great sense of freedom for me. Especially if that trip is to a beautiful region like Nordrhein-Westfalen in the west of Germany.
