Brussels street photo Saint Mary's Royal Church

Made in Brussels with a Nikon Nikon Z7II

For a work assignment, I had to go out of the building and make a photo of the corporate sign on the building facade. I accidentally found myself in a spot in Brussels where I wanted to take a photo for almost 3 years.

But I either never remembered, never had the right lens on me when passing there, or didn’t have a good subject.

While standing there and photographing the ‘Le Soir’ sign, I noticed this one guy crossing the street (subject); I was in the right spot (middle of the street), and I had the right lens on me! (70-200mm). Within a second of just going for it I had the photo I was waiting 3 years for.

Patience pays off, at least I think so.
