Just kidding, but using longer shutterspeeds to enhance the motions on the street can bring interesting results.
Using a shutterspeed somewhere between 1/5 or 1/20 is often enough. Though, the results may vary depending on the lens you use.
Using shutter priority makes doing ICM a lot easier.
