The most notable elements are the unexpected “guards” flanking the entrance: on the left, sitting on a dark ledge amidst some foliage, is a large, white plush teddy bear wearing a blue scarf. On the right, sitting directly on the brick pavement next to the door, is an equally large, cartoonish plush penguin. Adding life to this static display, a few real pigeons are captured casually wandering around the brick walkway in the foreground, seemingly unbothered by the giant stuffed animals.
